Projects: I am currently developing a PhD research project about the territorial development and the socio-economic enhancement of the Mediterranean Sea Basin, with special regards to the EU southern countries. My goal is to provide a geopolitical analysis of the area that addresses issues such as: open government initiatives, new models of governance, human capital development, infrastructures enhancement and logistics integration.
