Given the slow progress on the filling of the aims and domains document (Login – Nextcloud), I have taken the initiative to complete the first draft. Can you please have a look at this and if need be discuss it in your teams to see whether you want to make any changes? If possible I would like to discuss this at the next meeting, which should take place in mid-October.
As a reminder:

The purpose of the aims and domains document is to clarify who does what.

The “aim” is a high-level description of what the team should try to achieve. Ideally this should be as short as possible and without using AI-inflated language.

The “domains” are a broad-brushed summary of the concrete things that the team does to accomplish this. Ideally this gives a good overview of the areas for which the team is responsible without going into too much detail.

The purpose of the document is to help us, especially in the Coordination Group, to get to a shared understanding of who is responsible for what. It doesn’t need to be perfect and we’ll embrace that there will always be things about which we are unclear where they fit best (one of the objectives of the Coordination Group is to discuss these issues in a meeting).
