Let’s have another BBQ on the site, while we have the opportunity 
Here’s a poll for possible dates:
- Saturday 1 August
- Sunday 2 August
- Saturday 8 August
- Sunday 9 August
- Can’t make any of those dates
@LuciaM has already posted a poll for how available people are around this time, on behalf of @reef-communitylife. Which indicates that there may not be a lot of people in town. However, as we’ve got the site partly set up already, and both @joannes and I are available for the moving things about either side of these dates, I don’t see why we can’t go ahead, even with a small group. Also, another chance to invite a few neighbours, and perhaps a few Exploring Members from the presentation a couple of weeks earlier
On that note, once the date is established, @reef-external: I would say that what went out before was fine in the end, so personal invites to the neighbours closest or that we are most connected to, and a post on the ginko community group (@Odile). But not the Jette Facebook group.
I will post the link to the Excel sheet for what we can bring after the poll has spoken and we know more or less who will be attending…

BBQ is not my thing at all, so I will not join, but might go hang out with you guys towards the end if it’s not too warm.

On that note, if it’s another hot day, we’ll have an evening BBQ, but if the temperature allows, we’ll go for early afternoon to have more time to hang out

The poll has spoken, albeit quite softly, and the next BBQ on the site will take place on 8 August!
A very small affair on paper, but I expect a few more people will materialise nearer the date, including a some new EMs hopefully

@reef-external – you could let the immediate neighbours and those that we’re more connected to about the date whenever you want, and ask them to confirm if they are coming. But in light of the fact that we may only be a very small group ourselves, meaning that we won’t be setting it up as much in terms of infrastructure, maybe not a good idea to post it on the Ginko WhatsApp group this time.
@joannes – Let’s aim to do a run to the site that morning, or the evening before (if that’s more convenient for you). And drop everything back some time on the Sunday…
