it’s that time again where I’d like to ask all team leaders to provide pojected costs for Q1 and Q2 in the 2026 ASBL budget sheet: the Reef shared folder/Team Finance/Accounting/reef_budget_2022_2023_2024_2025_2026
Please make sure to fill in columns B and C for your team by 23 January so we can present at the plenary of the 25th.
In addition, we would also like to close the books for last year’s budgeting exercise: Could you please check column G on the 2025 asbl sheet. If you feel there are amounts missing, please make sure all your invoices from Q3/4 of 2025 have been sent to FreeAgent. If you encounter any issues or questions, please raise them here as a response to this thread.
