I am slowly emerging from darkness after a flu episode to let you know that we have two important pending tasks, and one new item:
- Budget: we need to upload the bills, as requested by this post. If you have made payments that should be reimbursed by the Reef, you should upload the bills on Free Agent. The one thing that comes to my mind is the expenses of printing new flyers (@Manuel), but there may be other things (and other people concerned). Also, in order to fill in the budget forecast for T.External, I think we should discuss what we intend to do in the first six months of 2026. From July to December 2025, we budgeted 517 EUR (for flyers, meetup subscription and other things). –> to be discussed on Monday
- I have uploaded this document that gathers info requested by T.Coordination. I think there is an important point about “feedback” to the team. I believe some Reeflings would like to better understand how and why we took some decisions such as changing the design of flyer or upgrade the newsletter subscription (which means spending money). I therefore find this point rather relevant in this exercise. –> to be briefly discussed on Monday, but you can add contributions directly to the document.
- The third item is that I would like to stop doing the social media of the Reef. It is a rather personal decision. Short story: I want to delete some social media apps from my phone. Other reasons: I’m a bit tired of it and I think maybe there are other people who would like to take on this task. AND I also think it would be good having different styles every now and then!
