I’m just looking for the percentage. So from your table I take it, it’s 2,30 instead of 5,1. Correct?
(it would make a difference o 120.000 euro)

To be clear: I was referring to the Excel file on the experts amounts.
Somewhere you asked why I scrapped “seco” in the list of costs to be added. The reason is that, if I’m not mistaken, this is included under heading 11 in the AP estimation. Did I miss something?
You need to adapt the price of the casco cost, the one I took there is the cost from the very beginning, it has gone up in the meantime, which means that the percentage will go down…
The new casco = the estimate the architects now gave in their Avant projet estimate.
( I don’t know if I am clear)
For me not, the seco thing is a bit linked to the 'maitre d’oeuvrage délégué ’ discussion.
The architects opinion was to not take one but thought it might be wiser - if we want SB to do certain more technical controls- to count on a company like seco. They were going to give an estimate but never did. It would surprise me if they included it in the budget as it was more a recommendation…
But will have a look at the excel later
What I need is the correct percentage to put in place where it now says “15,1%”. Is that something you can get me, or is that technically not possible?
Hello @reef-coordination,
I have tried to construct an Excel file in which we can play with numbers to see what the impact is of removing or adding certain costs. My hope is also that by simplifying things a little, it will become more accessible for the entire group.
I saved it in Team Finance > Estimations & scenarios > Avant-projet: a simplified budget: Login – Nextcloud
Would you possibly have time to have a critical look at it? I’d be grateful though if you’d highlight your changes and also if you could keep out the more detaillistic thingies. When in need, maybe put those in a separate document?
If you refer to ‘11 Etanchéité à l’air’, this is not the same.
I will have a look at your excel, I assume you use it in there, to better understand.
Do you want this for tomorrow, for the PM? (having a bit of a headache right now)
If not, can we go over it (during the break or sth?). Writing things down via ER is not ideal and then you can decide right away if it’s a detail or not?
I’d like to present it tomorrow, but if you’re not well it’s really fine. It’s not urgent nor important.
