I just heard about https://bijgaardehof.be/ and have a contact there.
Did we already visit? Would it make sense to talk to them, or are they just one of many other cohousing project we could be talking to?
It’s actually three cohousing projects, next to each other, with over 50 units. They got a support from the City of Ghent.

We haven’t visited them yet. I know someone who lives in Biotope (one the three, amd the only self-managed one), and it has helped me a lot hearing from their experience.
I personally don’t have a need to visit, but maybe others do?
I think its always nice to visit other cohousings so if something gets organized I would go if I can, but also ok not to.
