I’ve set our next coordination exactly 2 weeks after our last one, that is next Monday 26/05 at 20:00.
I haven’s set the others, wonder to do it randomly or better to have it close after the meeting with the architects or before/after a PM. (I would go for randomly, every two weeks, moving up one day in the week to not have it every time on a Monday).

That raises the issue of whether long-range planning of these meeting is feasible or desirable.
I would prefer to avoid meetings with 3 people out of 5.
Until now we often only had 3 people out of 5 because we planned them only a short time ahead. The hack IMHO consists in long-term planning based on a poll instead of setting random dates. Let’s discuss for two minutes tonight?
