So we don’t book with our own cards and get reimbursed later?

Armenia: 18th - 19th of April (Fri, Sat)

Flight itinerary and price
A return trip flying from Bucharest - Istanbul - Tbilisi is 350 eur (excluding Tbilisi - Yerevan trip which according to Khatuna can be secured by UNDP office cars in each country!).
Additional travel costs from Cluj-Bucharest will add another 100 eur.
This makes for 450 eur for travel.
Hotel for 7 nights in Tbilisi and Yerevan should not be more than 200 eur.
How do you suggest to proceed? If it’s easier for everyone, I am ready to upfront these expenses, just let me know what you need later on so that the company can wire the amount to my account - invoices? receipts?
Or is it easier to couple my and Nadia’s expenses and book through the company credit card all at once to avoid hassle later?

The way to do it is send me the details of the flight you want somehow…

- create a spread sheet
- send me an email
or
book it yourself using your own card…and send the receipt to me for reimbursement…
