@els - what’s the plan for handing over what you’re doing with the buddy pool and onboarding process, now that you’re leaving Team R&O? Are you ok to hand back the role to Mieke when she gets back, or do you want me to take these tasks off your hands earlier than that?

I don’t know if you are aware that there is a buddy pool. This is a group of FM willing to buddy. As you’ve become FM in the last few months, a question from R&O if you are willing to enter the buddy pool? As there is Chantal’s 1 BR opening up again, we might have some more applications and with the end of the year and the holidays, it might be usefull to have some more members entering the buddy pool.

In case you would be interested: there is a manual for the buddies: Login – Nextcloud

If you decide you would want to buddy, you will be added to the ‘Buddies’ signal group. When there is a need for a buddy, Lucia makes a request in the group with some info about the new exploring member. At that point you can chose if you have the space and time to be sb’s buddy.
You can also ask any question in that group, while buddying.

For the next few weeks I have alot on my plate professionaly, and I don’t want to commit to anything more.

But in general I am interested and will happily be a buddy starting from 20/12 when my schedule should open up! :slight_smile:

super, thanks. If you don’t mind, i will add you to the budy pool already, and can just mute this group till next year, or don’t reply to the request of Lucia when she asks for a buddy. Is that ok for you?

Hi @reef-buddies,

In order to prevent the same mistake Chantal encountered, R&O has created a ‘budget&price calculator’ file for every left over unit.

These files have the filled-in

  • mark-up

  • weighting index

  • gross and net surfaces of the unit

  • sizes of balconies and coursives

What the EM/AM still has to do is fill in:

  • cellar surface they want

  • parking space if they want one (only 1 left)

  • set the registration tax to 0 if they have a right to the abattement

  • indicate their contribution to the energy community in case they want to contribute

  • update the net cost/m2 of the finishings for their unit, if needed

  • (update the safety margin for the finishings of their unit)

These files can be found in the Onboarding folder under ‘Estimation price and financial feasibility’

If you share these files with the people you buddy, please share a public link, so a copy of the file is downloaded.

The goal is that - before they go and see the confesseur - the EM/AM

  • fills in a copy of the file for all the units they are interested in and

  • have it reviewed by myself or somebody else of the coordination team (tag reef-coordination)

Wouldn’t it be an idea that the buddies fill in the file for the EM? It is will be better to make sure there are no mistakes no?
