TL;DR:
I propose to take out the stickers from the budget for Q1-2, because it is a personal project. If we want, we can still make it a Reef expense later on, either as an unforeseen expense, either in the budget for Q3-4.
Full story:
I would like to come back to the “stickers” items (400 euro) that was added to the budget for Team External.
When @Hannah asked what this was about, @alberto said “you will see” (or something like that), to which Hannah noted “this is the most obscure answer I have ever received in The Reef.”
After the check-out round I then reiterated my opinion that I believe we should be very aware and strict about our common spending, so when I look back on this episode this doesn’t sit well with me.
Because I talk to Alberto on a daily basis, I have more information of course, and in sum I think this is what it comes down to:

Alberto has a personal Reef sticker project. He is creating them himself and he is willing to pay for them himself.

Somehow the stickers got added to the budget. This could be perfectly fine, but then some more transparency would be desirable.
So to not over-complicate things, my proposal would be to take it out of the budget for now (as was the initial plan). This still leaves the option to treat it as an unforeseen expense later on, or to add it to consent round for the budget for Q3-4.
That’s a long post for a small detail, but as I said, I really find it important that we keep our budget tidy and that we are transparent about everything at all times.
