@AlinT, the echine de porc seems to have disappeared from the menu.
I don’t eat gluten, dairy or eggs, and also as little nightshade (bell pepper, eggplant) and legumes (beans, lentils, peanuts) as possible. I’m a difficult client!!!
So noting that there will probably be a bit of gluten and egg in the burger, it’s not going to kill me, so I’ll go with that without any problem, but then without a bun and with pommes de terres rôties if possible. Difficult, I said it .
Echine de porc is fine as long as it doesn’t come with a crust of flour on top of it. Difficult to say as the thing disappeared from the menu. But no worries. The burger is going to be the easiest for everybody. It’s really fine.
