Just a quick update to let you know that we received a message from the building permit authorities to let us know that our file is complete 
.
I saved the document in Team Building > Permit: Login – Nextcloud
The document says that now the authorities (in theory) have 160 days to respond. I used a calculator to see when that would be, and it seems to land on 2 February 2026. To be noted though that this is not something we can enforce.
As a follow-up I inquired with the architects whether there is anything we need to do to follow up (e.g. put a yellow poster or what not). When we receive a reply I’ll add it to this thread.
If there would be a native French-speaker who would be willing to skim to through the legalese that would be welcome, otherwise we’ll just ask the architects.
Also, as a side note: since we had quite some trouble communicating through Edgeryders with the architects, we temporarily switched to using email. It’s on the to do list to bring that back to Edgeryders though, so that everybody has the possibility to follow.
But not sure I will understand everything by myself alone ^^
