- Self-management does not mean improvisation. We have studied several other cohousings and would like to work together based on some agreed processes and practices (see the Governance and Working Methods documents).
- Important decisions will be taken together by consent or consensus. Less important decisions will be left to autonomous teams in charge of certain issues.
- We care a lot about the group’s cohesion and encourage the use of nonviolent communication.
