Important reads

• For those who would like to go one level deeper we have created a tag “reef-important-reads”, which we attach to all “essential” posts. There is no need to read all these post immediately when you join The Reef, but it may be a good starting point to catch up on some essential topics later on.

Update: following a quick discussion at the last Team Recruitment & Onboarding meeting, we found that the Blueprint contains quite a lot of information that is quite outdated (e.g. on governance, financial aspects, membership process etc).

Rather than making amendments, we decided to include a text box under the table of contents, suggesting possible readers who want to learn more about the “non-negotiables” to only read the first 12 pages, noting that the slide deck contains more or less the same information.
