Communication with the architects: draft summary document

Hello @els and @Sophie_B,

I have finally found the time to pick up the issue of the online communication with the architects.

The document I produced (Login – Nextcloud) is based on the work in the previous thread (Communication with the architects). I decided to close that thread, because someone tagged the architects in it, so as a result they receive a notification for every new post.

In sum, based on the experience of the past weeks, my intuition is that we need to keep it clear and simple. Focus on what is really important for us, and let go of everything else.

Can you please have a look at the document, see whether I missed something and whether you are ok with this?

@alberto when you have time, can you please have a look at the IT aspects of it?

thanks for the document, I made some comments…

I didn’t arrive at following your steps mentioned under the ‘edgeryders’ part, so am a bit lost there. Maybe better to talk 5 minutes live about these comments, if needed. But if you think it will be clear to them, no need.

Thanks Els. I tried to reword it here and there and replied to a couple of your comments. Overall my idea is to keep it short and simple, to focus on the essentials, and to fine-tune things along the way. So I prefer to not go into too much detail.
