Connecting the Dots

One the more difficult challenges in trying to collaborate with others around addressing a problem is finding where interests converge, or diverse. Often we know, and are a lot more interested in, shared themes and finding them can be all it takes to get a sense of “we’re in this together”. Sometimes we start initiatives knowing intuitively that they make sense, but have a hard time finding the right context where we can interact with others who also care about the issues they address…or find the right words to describe why they are contributing to solving bigger challenges. A lot of the times it is hard for others to know how to find our participate in our projects, let along back them…

Here, we look at individual projects from a distance, relating them to bigger issues or goals that are relevant to many people in Armenia. Egypt and Georgia.

I’d like to share some wisdom from our Art of Hosting experience in hosting meaningful conversations, and harvesting ie documenting what happens and share essentials and a basis for how to take ideas further. We could also talk chaordic structures etc.
