I made an estimation of the contingency fund based on the markups we will get.

To summarize:

Odile and Hannah/Jeroen have a 2% markup on the weighted casco price

Joannes and all the free units have a 4 % markup on the weighted casco price

i converted the Oaktree units in 2 x 2-bedrooms

the weighted factors are based on the most recent file of the architects (dating from 17/04/2025) and might still get an update after the merging of the Oaktree units?

for the weighting factor of the ‘new’ 2 bedrooms, I took the average weighting factor of the Oaktree studio’s that formed the 2 bedroom
