Contingency fund

I made an estimation of the contingency fund based on the markups we will get.
The result can be found here (Team Finance/Estimations and scenarios/Avant-projet/Estimation contingency fund)

To summarize:

  • Odile and Hannah/Jeroen have a 2% markup on the weighted casco price

  • Joannes and all the free units have a 4 % markup on the weighted casco price

Remarks:

  • i converted the Oaktree units in 2 x 2-bedrooms

  • the weighted factors are based on the most recent file of the architects (dating from 17/04/2025) and might still get an update after the merging of the Oaktree units?

  • for the weighting factor of the ‘new’ 2 bedrooms, I took the average weighting factor of the Oaktree studio’s that formed the 2 bedroom

  • I took a casco price of 3500 euro/m2 => cell G1, if you want to update this casco price

I had a quick read through - looks good to me! Do we need to know where this money will be set aside to/“stored”?

It will stay on the bank account of the société simple I presume. I’m sure our bankers @alberto and @RichardB will figure something out.
