Keep on working, I quite like the newsletters (which is very very rare for me and newsletters). Just a note, make sure the links are fine before sending it. In the last one, some were messed up (missing http:// in front or something, I don’t really remember).

That’s the key thing we’re doing over this summer… There is a really good post by Alberto which presents the argument, maybe link to it? (I’m on a car Wi-Fi and can’t get it now…).
Also, I made sure mailchimp list is up to date… To reach out to your Nepal group remember to use that separate in addition to our love and OpenCare one. Thanks Natalia!

Please focus on the OPENandChange calls for participation /tasks
So, in order for OPENandChange to go really well, we need help to build it. And this means making clear, engaging calls for participation. This requires:
- an explicit, fair, social contract for all everyone who contributes towards making it a success. Not just those with projects that are applying for part of the 100 million dollar grant with us
- Individual, well-defined tasks with clear and simple to follow instructions. Some can be remixed from previous activities, e.g. twitterstorms. Others need to be custom made.
While contributions/stories and comments will be posted on edgeryders.eu, we are coordinating through google drive documents:
