A timeline/activity plan such as this is both informative and motivating. If public, it would cut a lot of discussion, as you can alway refer people to it.

That’s actually falls under “blogging out loud” under each output, a clause that Millie had added to the timeline of deliverables specifying that although for us it’s the usual way of doing things, for them it needs to be spelled out. So I guess it’s ok.
