I don’t see a potential problem here. we are at least 3 people with role admin (alberto, manuel and pieter) and each of us has access with a different password.
nobody knows the password I have to access the reef nextcloud.

Indeed, there is some redundancy as we have several admin users (The Reef, Manuel, Pieter, myself).
If everything else fails, we open a ticket with tab.digital (on a different website).
Ok, that’s good to know. But do we have a back-up plan for all the passwords that matter? E.g. Protonmail?
