Extra plenary to talk about the avant-projet: weekend 18 April

As I wrote in my previous message, we will need to make some final decisions on the avant-projet by 28 April.

I anticipate that we will have the grand finale plenary on this on the 25th, but I’m not sure it will be feasible to get there without taking some extra time to talk about everything.

That is why I would like to propose to organise an extra plenary during the weekend of the 19th.

Can you please (generously) fill in the poll below?

Edit: as noted below, my brain did something funny again when writing down numbers. So to be clear: the days are correct (Saturday-Monday), the numbers of the days are wrong. Sorry!

We will be in Spain from the 16 to the 20 April, one of us can attend on the 21.

Yes, apologies. Once again a demonstration of how the gods did something funny with the numerical module in my brain :sweat_smile:.
