Hello @reeflings,
I am a bit worried about the fact that we don’t see any additional registrations coming in after the flyer campaign on the bioshops.
Therefore, before we need to start considering more drastic options, I would like to run a mini-experiment by doing a flyering raid on the Tivoli neighbourhood in in Laken (located between rue Tivoli and rue Molenbeek).
Background: Tivoli GreenCity is a Citydev project of about 400 households. It’s not a cohousing, but they do have some shared common spaces. A lot of emphasis on sustainability also.
More info:

My reasoning for focusing on this one is this that this might be a neighbourhood with a potentially higher density of people who resonate with our project:
-
Option 1: they live there and have friends who would like to live in a similar sustainable housing community.
-
Option 2: they live there and got a little disappointed with the lack of support to facilitate the living together and might be looking for something more intimate and self-managed.
The way I picture it would be as follows:
-
We go into the Tivoli neighbourhood, and leave some flyers on top of the mailboxes (as it is often done in my building).
-
We go to a couple of social gathering places, like some of the bars that look popular, two yoga places, the swimming pool and anything else that we may find.
Would there possibly be a couple of people who’d be interested to meet up on Friday evening (07/11) or Saturday late morning (08/11) to see whether this could make a little difference?
