Just a quick note to let you know that I have joined a creative collective in Cluj running campaigns and interventions to fight food waste, and we hosted a tremendous dinner for 60. I know in Bucharest there’s “Bucate Realese” - a community kitchen organising meals in similar fashion but not against waste necessarily, just sourcing local food.
Do you know other formats for community dinners that are working and how? Maybe less visible, or completely spontaneous?
