Hello @reeflings! Many of you have noticed a glitch in the forum notifications. This has now been solved (thanks @matthias). Pending on-platform notifications have all been processed now, and the system will catch up with sending missing e-mails over the next 6-24 hours. UPDATE: Discourse itself continued working as normal. All content you posted during the glitch is still there, nothing was lost
The glitch was due to a process called Sidekiq, that manages potentially longer tasks on behalf of the Discourse forum. That includes every notification except
