Hello @reef-full,

We have a FM working meeting / plenary scheduled for the 15th of September.

Topics that require a FM only discussion or decision include the following:

  • Membership

  • 2-4% mark-up: consent

  • Intra-group loan: exploration

@reef-finance: can you please confirm that you can take care of the last two points, and paste a link to the proposal in the agenda document?

As for the timing, things got a bit confusing with the Reeflings weekend away that got cancelled. My proposal is to revert back to the original plan, which is to organise the meeting in the evening, from 19:30 until 22:00. My reasonining for this is that this respects the initial scheduling, and also leaves a full free day for those who suffer from Reef overload.

That said, given the chaos, I do want to check whether this proposal works for the majority of people, so below you can find a poll.

  • 19:30 to 22:00: yes, I’ll be there
  • I can NOT make it if it’s from 10:30 to 13:00
  • I can NOT make it if it’s from 19:30 to 22:00
  • I prefer 10:30 to 13:00
  • I prefer 19:30 to 22:00
  • I don’t have a strong preference

I can host (if people don’t mind sitting very close to each other on odd chairs/a worm box ;)).

Getting a bit confused with the meeting types: I cook something for everyone?

It’s just like a plenary meeting, but for full members only. So in this case hosting just means offering a venue.

If we want to keep dinner easy, then I could bring falafel and/or salad from a place near Germoir.

If I understood correctly, we won’t be eating together. I’ll have some hummus, crisps and carrots ready though :slight_smile:

Hello @reef-full,

Just a heads up that there have been some changes to the agenda, plus two proposals to read from Team Finance.

Added items include the postponement of the Exploring Membership phase, and a short discussion to see what we want to do on Wednesday, given that we no longer have a facilitator to help us out.
