After the speed dating at Habitat&Participation, in coordination with @Liesbet, I reached out to H&P to ask whether our project can be considered for their site visit on the 9 July 18h-20h.
Audrey confirmed it this afternoon. So, I guess we have a group of people coming to see our site on Thursday. Here is her message :

Il y a actuellement 6 personnes inscrites pour la visite du 09/07, je leur communique que nous viendrons vous visiter.
Pour la visite ce que nous faisons habituellement c’est une petite intro, puis la visite du site et enfin un moment question réponse. J’amènerais des petites choses à grignoter et à boire.
Est-ce que je dois communiquer quelque chose de particulier? Avoir des chaussures adaptées?
Foreseeing the possibility of R&O visits on the site this summer, I asked @Chris to leave some furniture there and he confirmed we would have table, chairs and shade. Is there anything else I need to communicate shortly to Audrey ?
And lastly
who is available to come in order to receive our guests ? anybody wants to be the speaker ?
Do we have some specific material (ppt, speech) already prepared in the past for this sort of things that can be easily reused ?
Edited because I realised I misunderstood the date - it is on the same day we have the GA. As we live close by to the site, I think I can manage both if I have a second person that would like to come and attend the GA from my place afterwards.
From 18 to 20 officially. I will be there from 17h to get the site ready and receive Audrey. I can bring Marius with me for a playdate (have to check if if doesn’t have anything else planned)
In case you send a newsletter between now and then, maybe you can mention this date as well as an opportunity to meet us.

Do you need the plans: i have the prints of the new layouts of the left over units, but i don’t have the prints yet of the new global plans (new asterix, new idefix).
I also have the ‘the reef’ stickers and don’t know if you have flyers to hand out.
I received confirmation from H&P about the number of registrations : 14 people. I have also invited people from past registrations to come at the site visit, but I did not receive answers.
I think we can reasonably expect 10 person, and maximum 15. I think a team of 3 reeflings can suffice.
Since we have the GA afterwards, I would say to come only
if you are not already a proxy for another household and/or
if you can attend the GA afterwards (you can come at our place / or from the site, on our phone)
if someone from your household can replace you at the GA
PS : @manuelpueyo I will not be coming with Marius, since he is not yet fully recovered.
I will be there at 17:00 at the latest to set up the location - chairs and table. People will be arriving as of 17:30 I suppose.
i can come if needed. Chris/Sarah are my proxy for the GA.
If it is not needed, i prefer not to come as it is the opposite side of Bxls from where i live…
Let’s meet at the site then at 5:30. Officially it ends at 19:30, I don’t have to attend the GA, so I can stay even a bit later if there are people who remain longer for a chat afterwards for you Odile to have the time to get back home if needed, but you are also more than welcome to come to our place to attend the GA.

A small feedback on our event at the site tonight.
Unfortunately, the H&P turnout did not meet the promised numbers.
Only one family (our of the 14 registration) came and they were very keen on the project - had already read a lot about it on our site and are registered to the presentation on the 14 July. So I think that for them it was a bonus to be able to also see the site. They seemed in the starting blocks to became an Exploring member.
Having invited exploring members helped to have a bigger crowd and I think helped them also to project themselves in the place.
I had printed the 4 renderings of the site so it was quite nice to walk through the garden and to have the images of the building to show - “we are now in the common spaces”, “we are now in my living room”, etc… so that made it interactive. I think it can be a nice material to print out for presentation, in addition to the plans and (the updated maquette).
I think Daniel also used the opportunity to have some promo material for our communication campaign - looking forward to seeing how that looks like.
All in all it was not such a big investment on our side and combining welcoming new people, time with EM and some promo material made it worthwhile still.
