Given that our multi-purpose room will be 4m20 high (like it is the case in l’Echappée), and the same for the Reef zone, there is will be the possibility to put a mezzanine in it.
I’m personally not a big fan of the one in l’Echappée, because I think it blocks the view from the front to the back, and I find it a bit claustrophobic to stand under it. I guess this is why I have developed a fascination for half-mezzanines, which are mezzanines that don’t go from one wall to another.
Just as a possible source of inspiration, I started taking pictures when I come across one. Because It’s genuinely difficult to capture the perspective, so the pictures may not be very convincing. I figured it could nevertheless be interesting, maybe as a way to raise awareness, so that you can have a look and feel when you come across one.
