Hard Brexit implications minimized (?) for Horizon 2020 projects

A few days ago, the British government released this:

[Withdrawn] Horizon 2020 funding after Brexit

Bottom line is: any Horizon 2020 application that was successful before the start of 2021 is safe. The British government will provide the funding needed to keep the British partners going.
