Hi @Lee , this is quite a reshuffle and I am not sure it is the best way to go.
However, I’d like to have more contact with Team R&O and be kept informed in advance of upcoming developments, so that we can respond more quickly. I’ll get in touch with the coordinator. Is it you, @els ?
In my opinion the recruitment and onboarding strategy (e.g. do we want to target families with children or not) belongs to Team R&O, and we as Team External follow.
We don’t lack good ideas, we just lack some (wo)manpower to execute tasks.

For the moment, we have a few things were we could use help:
- flyering; see Flyers dropping - #234 by Liesbet
- take over creating posts on Samenhuizen and/or Habitat & Participation –> a task that requires quick response
- flyering on events
