One of the action points of the Team Building meeting this evening was to take finalise the new scouting strategy, with the aim of presenting it at the plenary meeting of 19 March.
The three of us would be a helping circle, which is requested to come up with a proposal, put it on Edgeryders, ask for input from Team Building and then consolidate everything so that it can be presented at the plenary.

If yes, the first step would be to get an overview on the inventory of zones we need to scout. Once that is done it will be up to us to come up with a proposal on how we could get the job done with the entire group.
