Dear Mr Cottica,

Thank you for your message.

As explained in the Annotated Model Grant Agreement (available at: http://ec.europa.eu/research/participants/data/ref/h2020/grants_manual/amga/h2020-amga_en.pdf p 349), the lump sum provided for by Commission Decision C(2013) 8198 is deemed to cover all (direct or indirect) costs that may have been incurred for the feasibility study. The lump sum is fixed, if the action is correctly implemented, the beneficiaries are entitled to receive this fixed amount of EU funding (lump sum). No other costs will be reimbursed.

The eligibility of direct and indirect costs is subject to the conditions set out in Article 6 of the model grant agreement, including that they correspond to tasks or parts of the action which have been properly implemented in accordance with Annex 1 of the grant agreement. No calculation is necessary. The beneficiaries must declare the amount of EUR 71 429 and cannot declare costs actually incurred. No details on costs are required in Table 3.1.a of the proposal.
