Info needed by the architects for introducing the permit

Voici quelques éléments dont nous aurions besoin dans le cadre de la future demande de permis :

  • Photos récentes du terrain et de ses abords si c’est pas trop compliqué / sinon on ira jusque là

  • Représentant du MO (personne qui signera le permis) : nom + prénom + n° registre national + numéro de tél + mail (mail général du groupe?)

  • Titre de propriété (s’obtient auprès du SPF Finances ou via MyMinFin // voir procédure ci-dessous) ou copie de l’acte si il aura moins de 6 mois à la mi-juillet.

  • Coordonnées de tous les propriétaires légaux des bâtiments voisins (gauche et droite) au n°477 et n°463-465 (s’obtient auprès du SPF Finances ou via MyMinFin)

Procédure pour l’obtention d’un titre de propriété (document différent d’un acte notarié) :

  • se connecter à MyMinFin,

  • onglet « habitation »,

  • onglet « demander mon titre de propriété » ou « attestation de propriété » (! différent d’un extrait cadastral !)

  • suivre la procédure affichée à l’écran

Il vous sera demandé de payer 20€.

Si les démarches ci-dessus ne s’affichent pas sur MyMinFin (certains titres de propriété ne sont pas encore accessibles via ce chemin), il faut faire la demande par mail en renvoyant le formulaire annexé complété à l’adresse suivante (bureau Ixelles) :

Le numéro cadastre du bien est le ID

I’ve tried the procedure via myminfin, but only see ‘extrait cadastral’, not demander mon titre de propriété ou attestation de propriété, so i guess we’ll need to go the other way proposed…

Do you want me to ask for the attestation de propriété by mail? And ask about the neighbours details at the same time?

We would need some recent pictures taken from the site in Jette + surroundings.to join when introducing the permit before end of June.
Anyone planning to go to the site or passing in the neighbourhood soonish and willing to take some pictures?

We intend to go tomorrow to the fete des voisins, we can probably do this. I will let you know. Are there specific requirements? Like pictures from the four corners of the site or something like that?

So some pictures giving a view of the site, and some of the surroundings ( neighbouring buildings,…). Just take a few…

I see they have a ‘heic’ extension. Is it possible to convert them to jpeg/gif or png format?

I moved the folder to Team Building/Stekke and Fraas/04 Phase permis d’urbanisme/

I didn’t notice the format wasn’t jpg. Here is the folder with the pictures in jpg Login – Nextcloud
We can maybe delete the other one?

Hey @els, you might have seen this in the inbox already, the minfin office in Ixelles replied that we have to find this info ourselves (“just ring”)… I can pick this up once I am back, just wanted to flag that no progress has been made on this (the titre de propriété has been requested and the 20 euros have been paid).

Sorry, was just trying to follow up on this….don‘t they just ask for the following which we can get from CadGIS?

They sent another mail to say they had the info they needed to it’s now being processed.
