We were asked by the notary to send him a list of our informal governance features that we would like to include in the basic deed if possible.
This is what I can come up with:
Two votes per household
Only one proxy per household
Level 3-4 decisions by consent, level 5 decisions by consensus
No pets in the common spaces

It might be. The UBO registry (at least in the case of our maatschaap, so not a LLC) explicitly allows arbitrary voting rights, disjoint from capital contributions. This is how I can give double the voting power to myself (a one-adult household) than I give to Richard (one half of a two-adult household). I can also give 0% voting rights to Marcel. If the UBO registry allows it, it must be legal. It makes sense too, as this form of company is supposed to be very flexible, is often used by wealthy families to manage common assets etc.
I think he has in mind things like:
Selection processes (not elections) for all roles of responsibility.
Structured meetings, with facilitators, sociocratic rounds, minutes.
Full access to documentation (shared calendars, minutes of all meetings, everyone a user of the accounting platforms…)
Quarterly GAs to formally approve all decisions (reduces the potential for conflict).
But I would be reluctant to put these things in a statute. They create obligations that are not really needed, since these institutions are more or less established in our group. By not putting them in the formal governance, we give ourselves more flexibility.
My understanding (from my own basic deed and court case) is that the legal requirements for copropriétés are much stricter than those for société simples, but little do I know all in all .
I would say all the features that are already described in the SoSim’s statutes are part of our formalised governance.
With a view on informal governance I would mention our working methods and the existence of teams. Accountability and conflict resolution are other informal features. It should be sufficient though to refer him to the governance document he had already received where this is all explained.
