I came across a reference to Cluster Cairo through Twitter via our friend Jay Cousins, It turns out they are the people that wrote the publication about the Ring Road in al Mutad’iya story. I think they should be at the Cairo workshop! I am particularly interested in how they look at informal practices as a resource from new urban development, rather than as breach.
