Hi @reeflings !
On Saturday 19 July, the current members of Team Facilitation @mieke, @joannes, @GaultierDWM and myself) will be spending the day running through the Reef’s 6-hour introduction to sociocracy and facilitation.
One of our aims in the project is that all Reeflings engage with this training, as well as the introduction to non-violent communication. Our hope is that many members actually go further than this, doing additional training in these subjects and bringing their acquired expertise back to share with the group.
However, if, at the very least, everyone has done the two introduction trainings, our communication can be more constructive and our meetings and decision-making processes can be more effective. For this reason, we invite all Associate Members, and Full Memebers who haven’t participated yet, to join us 
These occasions are also nice ways to connect with each other outside of plenary meetings, team work and social events. Here’s the outline of the schedule:

- 12h30 Potluck lunch
- 14h Second session
- 15h30 Break
- 16h Third session
- 17h30 Apéro time

For the record, I will also be running this training as an evening course later in the summer. I’ll make a post at some point about doing that in August, but in the likely event that not many people will be about at that time of year, I’ll aim to put it on in September…
