To me that seems unlikely, because there are two constraints: 1) the amount of money we can pay for the site, and 2) the total number of households that make things more or less manageable (i.e. no more than 30). If it can’t be split into different parcels (so we only buy a smaller piece), the price would need to be so low that it would almost be suspicious.
