Le CLTB a le plaisir de vous convier à son événement pour soutenir l’émergence d’un mouvement civil pour PLUS de coopératives d’habitat à Bruxelles. En avril 2023, grâce à notre partenaire CERA sc nous avons démarré une recherche-action pour identifier une juste solution pour des logements coopératifs, collectifs et non spéculatifs à Bruxelles.

Depuis mai 2023, nous nous réunissons pour discuter de ce à quoi devrait ressembler ce mouvement et l’avenir du logement coopératif à Bruxelles. En ce moment nous élaborons un plan d’action collectif.

Alors, si vous souhaitez un changement dans l’offre de logements à Bruxelles et que celui-ci passe pour vous par les coopératives d’habitats, bienvenue !

CLBT (backed up by other actors like Bowmeister, Communa) is trying to launch a political movement to promote the possibility to create housing coops in Belgium like it happens in Austria, and Switzerland.
The objective is to influence in the political parties so that it’s included in the program for 2024 elections.
One of the biggest obstacles is actually legal: so there is a lot of work to imagine the legal form of housing coops.
CLBT would like to detach from this movement once it’s running so it’s trully bottom up civic movement. sociocratic by working groups
