Hello all, as expected Edgeryders is stepping down as OpenCare coordinator. LABRI has accepted to step into the role. This means that the grant agreement will be prepared by Audrey Laigaillarde in Bordeaux, under @melancon's supervision.
We agreed that LABRI will take on 100% of the responsibilities and budget of Task 5.1 (Administrative and financial management). Task 5.2 (Quality assessment, reporting and consortium meetings) will be shared between LABRI and Edgeryders: I will take on a sort of project leadership role, whereas LABRI will provide the coordination legwork, manage the calendar etc.
As already noted, we all will need to be very disciplined to minimise admin attrition. I will be in touch separately with each of you as we prepare the grant agreement.
