المشروع فكره اكتر منه مشروع على الارض لان صعب تنفيذ فكرة البنك البديل …بس ممكن يدرس احتمالات الاقتصاد البديل زى رقمنة الجمعيات او التعامل من غيرفلوس

هبه تخيلها للقريه المفتوحة انها بيت واحد مش قرية بيلم مجتمع من الفاعلين فيه ويعتبر زى حضانه لافكارهم ومشاريعم

وأتكلمنا فى ان القرية مكونه من بيوت فى حتت مختلفه الناس عارفه بعض وبتشتغل مع بعض عن طريق الانترنت

ورشع عمل فى اسكندريه ة حتكون مفيدة . اسكندرية كبلد مش فقيرة وفيها شياب وحركه كتير وبرده مش المركز …على لسان هبه ( مش ميتة زى مدن تانيه الغردقة مثلا )

اتكلمنا اننا المفروض نعلن بسرعة اكتر عن الزملا عشان اجراءات الفيزا بتاخد وقت

يسر وضحت ان يفضل يكون اماكن نوم منفصلة ووقت الاقامة فى المغرب ممكن يقل لبعض الناس ( بعض الفتيات حيبقى صعب على اهاليهم انهم يوافقوا يسافروا شهر او 2 )

فى مدنين المدينه محافظه فلازم يبقى فى فصل واضح فى اماكن المعيشه اذا تم عمل الاقامة فيها لكن الناس عموما مرحبين بالاجانب وعندهم فضول يعرفوا عنهم

English quick summary
Ahmed from Alexandria and his idea is a zero interest Bank
Heba is writing her master thesis in urban development and interested in applying her research in Alexandria
Tantawy is working with Maarefa and working on the furniture project
and Yosser working on the coworking space in Medenine
Ahmed introduced his idea which is based on 3 principles
- using discounts instead of interest
- Gamia principle ( as a micro finance model )
- currency stability
this is mainly an idea as it is extremely hard to execute a Bank project but
he is willing to investigate more in the alternative economy such as pay coupons and digitizing the (gamaia )
Heba envision the opoen village as a house for social actors to incubate their projects and ideas, then we talked that the village comes from these scattered houses and people know each other and work via the online layer
there was a consensuses that the fellowship was not clear, what is exactly expected from the fellow, Also we need to announce quickly the fellows so they can get the visas on time.
then we talked a bit about Alexandria, Ahmed and Heba thinks it will be a good idea to have a workshop there. as it is a vibrant city with lots of youth ( not dead as other places ) and not the center.
Places to host were proposed such as ma3mal
Yosser explained that it is necessary to have separated living spaces at the residency. and 1-2 month for the residency for some ( specially women ) can be too long.
In Medenine, as a conservative city, if the residency is there we should have clear separation but the people are welcoming outsiders and curious to know more people from other countries.
Tantawy pointed out that we should try to give the projects ( and fellows ) more exposure so they can reach the max no of people.
