Learn from other CAPSSI projects: the end of DSI4EU

Hi everyone,

We received this info from the DSI4EU project, which recently came to its end. If you wish to have a look at what they achieved over the course of their project, all info is in the e-mail pasted below.

Hi Miguel, all,

The DSI4EU project officially came to an end at the end of May 2017, having mapped almost 2,000 organisations and over 1,000 projects using open and collaborative technologies to tackle social challenges. DSI4EU was a great success and many thanks to all those who helped us over the course of the project.

We are continuing to host the website for the foreseeable future so please do continue to make profiles for your projects, encourage others to do the same, and check out our blogs and case studies. We’re also remaining active on Twitter @DSI4EU. Equally, let us know if and how we can help you!

In May we published our report, What next for digital social innovation? Realising the potential of people and technology to tackle social challenges, as well as a DSI sustainability toolkit. Please do take a look: we hope they are useful and interesting and we’re keen to hear your feedback!

Both of these were launched at our event What next for digital social innovation?, which brought together 200 stakeholders in DSI. You can watch a stream of the video here and a short promotional video here.

With best wishes,

Matt and the DSI4EU team
