As you might have read elsewhere on edgeryders, the left over units for the exploring/associate members are:

Lee’s simulation file (still not completely final) can be found under TF/estimations and scenarios/avant projet. To be downloaded if you want to play with it.
I’ve precalculated the prices (still simulations) of the left over units,

with a finishing of 750 and 900 euro net/m2.
