Been engaging a lot recently in Theory U at all levels. The concept of letting go and letting come has helped me to understand the ‘creativity’ that others described in Thailand as being essential to cocreativity. The extra thing which makes creativity more than just ‘making’. You can’t let come (presencing the emergent future) unless you let go of that which ties you to the past, and in particular your past, limited self (baggage).
