looking forward to the meetup. I think we ought to discuss the following
Offline engagement to support partnership-building around flagship themes: Conducting skype interviews and participating in relevant offline meetups to gather requirements and co-design problem definitions and deliverables so they reflect immediate priorities of would be supporters. This probably has to happen in November as a strong “push”. And it is better if we concentrate our efforts in 5 cities to ensure we have focus: Athens, Berlin, Brussels, London and Milano.
Team for Online engagement to support partnership-building around flagship themes: We have a LOTE policy where tickets are not free of charge but can be earned through contributing content/work/resources to the event- how about the first weeks of communication being a campaign to collect & share stories, Twitterstorms etc.Do we need to use e.g. Linkedin more effectively?
