This task is for [Alberto], [Ben] and myself, who have stepped forward to coordinate Lote3 tracks: upSkilling for change, Building the unMonastery and unConference on the Edge (respectively).
We each would need to reach out to the session leaders we have so far, find out when the session is preferred to take place during 29 October - 3 November and fit their proposals in a timetable. Alternatively, we’d make up a timetable ourselves and add/remove sessions and specific times later on. We can do this separately since the tracks are running in parallel (no way of overlapping amongst the 3), and meet up to join everything together. Tentative deadline for this, as per our latest community call, is 15th of September.
