With apologies for the chaos in organising this one …
First question: are there any topics that someone would like to discuss? This could be the usual plenary topics like the ones we usually discuss at plenary meetings, but I figure that if someone would like to receive some care about an issue he/she is struggling with that could also be an option. So if you would have something, please make yourself known.
If there would be nothing - making abstraction of the strike - I would have like to use the time together to play the anthropologist game. It’s a very fun group building game in which one groups plays a tribe of extraterrestians and another group plays the anthropologists who discover them. The objective of the anthropologists is to decipher their culture. It’s a great excuse to go completely crazy, and one could keep it at that, but then the after questions one could look at are of the kind of “what does it mean to be a tribe?” “what does it mean to have a group culture?” “how do we welcome new people into this culture” etc.
But then there is the strike of course, which it seems leads to public transport being almost completely out. Joannes has offered to meet at his place, so on the other hand it’s also relatively easy to reach.
Hence a poll to see what everybody would like to do:
- I would like to hold a plenary meeting
- I would like to play the game
- I would also be up for just a drink somewhere in town
- Not into the plenary or the game, but a drink is fine
- I can’t make it this time
