Now that we are starting the call for tenders shortly, I figured it would be good for our organisational muscle if we can all come to this exercise with a solid understanding of how money works in The Reef. From things that have happened in the past I have learned that we get interpersonal frictions in the absence of a shared understanding of our financial situation, so I find it important that we try to do something about this.
This is why I have created a short refresher on a few aspects related to money in The Reef: the asbl’s budget, the construction budget, the mark-up money, the safetey margin and how to stay informed. I saved it in the “Powerpoints” folder on the plenary meetings folder: Login – Nextcloud
To make it possible for as many people as possible to attend, I would like to offer this session (1 hour) online. Here’s a poll to find a suitable date. Can you please fill it in?
