Hello @reef-finance, more grief from Triodos. See their mail in the common mailbox:

  • Les signatures électroniques de Alberto Cottica et Richard Bofinger ne sont pas valides. La signature constituant un élément légal d’identification, il est indispensable que la demande soit signée de manière conforme.

These are the ONLY signatures, and were made with the Belgian ID. I do not understand what they mean.

  • Etant donné que la société possède un numéro d’entreprise et est active, pourriez-vous nous fournir vos status officiels ?

I have reviewed and updated the work made by Els on the UBO registry, adding the percentages of capital contributed. This is now here (column K). There is however one important detail to confirm concerning couples. Our statutes name Manuel and Ugné, Sarah and Chris, Maria and Richard, and Hannah and Jeroen as partners in Coral Reef. The question is now how to share the ownership of the shares of the company. My understanding is that Manuel and Chris are in with a symbolic share of 0.01%, with all of the capital infused by the respective households to the names of Ugné and Sarah. Do you confirm, @ugne and @sarah?

I don’t remember what the arrangement is with Maria and Richard, and I don’t recall ever discussing it with Hannah. @RichardB , @Hannah, can you help me here? In the provisional file for the UBO registry I put you down at 50% of the household’s capital each just because I needed a number, but this is for you to decide.

The final statutes day “3 to 5”. This means we need a third signature somewhere, from another member of the board.

In our case it’s indeed 50% each.

Checking the version we sent on 28 Oct, it seems you signed with another app than Adobe, however this doesn‘t explain why my signature is not valid, so we‘ll need to inquire with them, Ugne is the main contact, I can assist if needed.

We used the same method in the final version. However, if you sign with the Belgian ID you also need to send them an auditable signing log. Unless they mean a paper copy signed with a pen… :man_facepalming:

Ok I didn’t know about the signing log, and if that’s what is missing then I wonder why they wouldn’t say so…. @ugne is it ok if I already ask them what’s wrong with our signature?

Dear @reef-full ,
to open a buisness bank account, Triodos is asking for the phone numbers of all members of Coral Reef (Société Simple). I would send them your numbers as mentioned in the member registry on Nextcloud unless that is an issue for one of you in which case I’d kindly ask you to let me know.
They also require below info, if it applies to one of you, please drop me a personal message here or on Signal by Thursday morning:

Nous aurions également besoin de savoir si ces personnes sont assujetties au fisc américain et si elles sont résidentes fiscales dans un autre pays que la Belgique. Le TIN/NIF du pays est nécessaire dans ce cas.
