New flyer

Hello @reef-external and @Sterre,

For the sake of transparency and efficiency, would it please be possible to leave a trace of where we can find the files of the new flyer? (to be clear: I’m not asking this because I am in love with structure, but more because I am already thinking of what we can do next with the HC Outreach, and so it would be really useful to have easy access to the files)

For the future, if possible, all correspondence about projects like this should ideally also be on Edgeryders from the first moment.

As a reminder: we have a folder “Login credentials” in the Team IT folder where we leave the passwords for all the software that we used. I have no idea which tools that you used, but if there is something that you can share, please do so.

PS: I’m on the road, so I can’t share a copy here. For those who haven’t seen it yet: I think it’s absolutely beautiful and a great piece of work.

Hello @reef-external and @Sterre,

Would it please be possible to post the link to where the files are saved in this thread, so that they become easier to retrieve? TIA!

Hi @Sterre , @joannes , @Wenwei , I second this request. I have no idea where these files are. Thank you in advance for clearing this out!

You can find the flyer here:
https://c301.nl.tabdigital.eu/apps/files/files/297939?dir=/The%20Reef%20shared%20folder/Team%20External/Communication/Flyers%20%26%20posters/Flyer%2005%202026&editing=false&openfile=true

If you need us to divide the flyer in separate documents, to use for social media for example, let us know.

There is also a document with the link to the canva file.

Hi @Sterre,

Thanks for that. The link to Canva requires a login, so I can’t really do anything with it.

Is this something you can share? If yes, can you please add it to the “login credentials” folder in the Team IT folder? Login – Nextcloud

Alternatively, is it technically possible to make a separate account for The Reef, so that we can all have access to all our visuals at any time?
