@manuelpueyo @Wenwei what do you think of preparing a small evaluation of the newsletter? You could present it at one of the next plenaries. By now we should have sufficient experience to reflect on how we are doing.

maybe someone from @reef-external?? please write directly your post in this doc. make it poetic. i think it will make the newsletter more engaging.
incorrect data
concerning the mistakes in the room information, we will make sure that we put the right information in the future. i saw a post from els that was saying that 2BR was still waiting for confirmation from the architects but it may have been an old post. personally i donāt find it is a catastrophy because purchase of these kind of items is not a quick thing and it requires a great deal of negotiation so no big risk here. but we need to respect readers attention and not to create false expectations.
concerning pictures. the newsletter is consciously ātext onlyā , itās lighter in terms of CO2 emmissions so we align with sustainability values of the reef. should we use pictures? then letās try those are already online hosted somewhere.
any other ideas to improve the newsletter?

Small correction for the next newsletter: it says at the bottom that there are 4 children currently in the reef. This needs to be 5. @reef-external

Is there something from the current template that needs to change? see the last 2 newsletters. style and visuals
if yes we need to discuss that first, change the template and then fix it so that it stays stable.
once we fix the template then you can send me a new text file for every newsletter. I upload to mailjet.
another option is more work for you. you learn mailjet 
.I give you a tour of mailjet and show you what are the possiilities there. there are existing templates we can use (you may want to have a look) and you can do both text and style changes.

Update: I see that you used your own email address. This makes it impossible for me to login, as they are sending the confirmation code to you. Would it please be possible to change the address to The Reefās protonmail? TIA!

sorry about that. iām on holidays mood. I have updated the Login credentials. actually i have recently created a new mailjet account exclusively for the reef. at the moment i created the newsletter for the reef 4 years ago i used the same mailjet account that i used for my company. so now itās an account only for the reef. this means that the old data from previous campaigns is in my company mailjet account.

Iām building on the assumption that this newsletter issue will not be read by many people, so Iām keeping D&Mās testimonial for the next issue. It also creates a bit of a storyline, because this issue will say something about the joy of D&M joining.
